Syntigo attaches great importance to the right to privacy. By
means of this privacy statement, you unambiguously give Syntigo
your consent to process and store all personal data that you
provide it with in your application form, your letter of motivation
or your CV.
Your personal data are used exclusively for Syntigo’s personnel
policy, in respect of which they are handled in strict
confidentiality.
The obligations and provisions set forth in the Data Protection Act
of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the
processing of personal data and all other data protection
legislation will be complied with completely in full.
Your personal data will not be disclosed or sold to third parties.
Unless you expressly request that they should be deleted, Syntigo
retains your personal data for one year in order to maintain
recruitment records so that it may potentially contact you (again)
should vacancies arise that might be suitable for you.
Consulting, amending and deleting data
You have a right to inspect your personal data that Syntigo has
stored in its database.
Should your personal data be inaccurate or incomplete, you may at
any time request in writing that they be rectified or completed

You may also at any time request deletion of your personal data in
